General Information
Subliminals (frequently shortened to 'subs') are a form of subliminal messaging - or "hidden" messages - that consist of quiet, repetitive affirmations played beneath music or soundscapes. The goal of subliminals is to use the subliminal messaging technique to bypass the conscious mind and communicate new ideas into your subconscious where it is then embedded into your subconscious belief system. If the concept of subliminal messaging is completely new to you, allow me to direct you toward the persuasive world of business marketing. In 1973, a company called Premium Corp which aired a series of advertisements for their board game Husker Du featuring a few quicky sneaky frames that read the words "get it". It was this move that led to an FCC investigation that ultimately resulted in the ban of the use of such tactics within the world of marketing, citing it as "contrary to the public interest". Though such blatant incorporation of subliminal messaging is no longer permitted, however, this does not mean that it has stopped altogether, and more subtle methods remain pervasive in modern marketing, such as the use of symbolism and color psychology in logos to evoke a certain feeling regarding various brands or the creation of new insecurities and desires that were not previously present in society.

To make your own subliminals, you'll first have to come up with a goal - preferably one or a few smaller similar ones - and begin brainstorming on the kinds of affirmations you'll be using. An affirmation is simply a statement of acknowledged truth, and it is the core of how subliminals work on our subconscious. For best results, your affirmations should be written in the first-person, in the present tense, and in a positive manner. Writing in the first-person helps your subconscious understand that the affirmations apply specifically to you. Many people - myself included - find it helpful to add second-person and third-person points of view to the affirmations, as well, but these should be done in addition to your first-person affirmations. Writing in the present tense helps our subconscious form beliefs that are current. The use of future tense can result in putting us into a constant state of yearning for a tomorrow that never comes, because we can only ever exist in the present moment. The use of past tense has some promise, but only, in my opinion, when it comes to addressing situations that you would like to get yourself out of. Using past tense for the things you want presently may result in feelings of loss or stagnation, nostalgia for something you've already done. Finally, it's important to know that the subconscious communicates strongly in symbolism and keywords, and thus, it's recommended that we leave out tiny, flip-flopping words like "no" and "not" and we keep our affirmations as straightforward and positive as we are able. And if you must use a negative idea, I'd recommend using past tense in such a case.
Once you've got your list of affirmations, the next step is to record it yourself or run it through a text-to-speech program of some sort. I strongly recommend using your own voice if you are able, because many people have found that creating subliminals for yourself is extremely effective. This makes sense considering that our subconscious is more familiar with our own voice than any other, and it is the voice we trust most. After you finish recording, choose some pleasant music or ambience, put it over the affirmations, and turn the volume of affirmations down to where it is only just barely audible but unintelligible to the conscious mind in order to effectively bypass it. In the end, the result is a functional subliminal. There are many variations in how people create subliminals beyond this point. Some people layer a variety of affirmations on top of one another. Some people speed up the tempo of their affirmations. Some people swear by "silent" affirmations, though it is not my cup of tea. Feel free to experiment and find what works for you. My belief regarding anything mystic, magickal, or metaphysical like the use of subliminals is that if something works for you, then you shouldn't let anyone tell you that it doesn't. If you're experiencing success, no one can take that away from you.
A quick breakdown of subliminal creation if you don't feel like reading the above:
💜 Come up with a goal and write your affirmations surrounding that goal. 💜
💜 Keep affirmations first-person, present tense, straightforward, and positive. 💜
💜 Record your list of affirmations using your own voice. 💜
💜 Put music or ambience over your barely audible affirmations. 💜
💜 Experiment with other methods to discover what works best for you. 💜
To use subliminals, the first and most obvious step is to find or create the subliminal you wish to use. As subliminals seem most popular on YouTube at this time, it's likely that you'll end up choosing one in video format, but it is not necessary to watch the video to get results. It is often recommended that you use headphones for best results, but I have found that speakers can work just as well so long as there isn't any sort of binaural audio that requires the use of headphones to be effective. Regardless of what device you decide to use, you want to be sure that the volume is low enough so that the affirmations are just barely audible and are completely unintelligible to the conscious mind. For the latter reason, it is also recommended that you not read the affirmations list when using subliminals someone else has created, as knowing the affirmations can make it easier for the conscious mind to pick out patterns and analyze them before letting them pass to the subconscious mind. If you are concerned, however, please do read the affirmations if people offer them, as having any sort of subconscious concern present can alter the results you get. Once you're comfortable with the subliminal you've chosen and the volume you've set, I'd recommend listening to it for at least three to ten times daily until you get your desired results. Some people say you can get results from just one listen, and while I'm sure it's possible, I'd imagine that it's difficult for most people in modern society who hold deeply engrained beliefs about the way that reality is supposed to work. The more you are able to repeat your subliminal, the better, in my experience.
While you listen, you want your subliminal to become as out of focus as possible. You want your conscious mind to be either distracted or at rest. For people who aren't versed in meditation, listening during sleep seems to be the easiest way to get subliminal affirmations into the subconscious. If you can't manage that, a regular practice of meditation will be your next best bet for swift results. If neither of those are your cup of tea, you can play subliminals during any time you are in a sort of flow state. Often, when we are working, studying, reading, doing chores, or engaging with our hobbies, we reach a place where our conscious mind is completely engrossed in what we're doing and everything happening around us sort of fades into the background. This is the sweet spot we want to be in when listening to subliminals while awake and active.
Finally, you will frequently come across the advice to drink lots of water or to take frequent breaks when listening to subliminals. To those of us familiar with manifestation work outside of the subliminal community, it's obvious why such advice is given. Manifestation work of any kind - including that which is brought on through subliminal use - is a form of energy work. Our beliefs come into a space that is at odds with reality, so we subconsciously send out the energy necessary to correct it. This can be a draining process physically, mentally, and spiritually if we aren't replenishing our energy and getting adequate rest. You should be getting adequate sleep, eating a healthy amount of food, and drinking a healthy amount of water on a daily basis even without the use of subliminals, but that unfortunately is not the case for many people. This lack becomes more noticeable when we are expending more energy than we normally do.
A quick breakdown of subliminal use if you don't feel like reading the above:
💜 Find or create the subliminal you wish to use. 💜
💜 Use headphones or speakers, depending on your preference. 💜
💜 Listen at least 3-10 times daily - but the more, the better. 💜
💜 Listen while sleeping, meditating, or focusing on a task. 💜
💜 Be sure that you are getting adequate food, water, and sleep. 💜

The Auralcraft Formula
The Auralcraft Formula is my unique personal method of creating subliminals by combining basic subliminal creation with careful affirmation wording, human voice recording, subtle and simply layering, enhancing sound frequencies, intentional choice of soundscapes and imagery, and the infusion of emotional energy. It can be broken down as follows:
The Affirmations:
💜 Mini warm-up and cool-down booster affirmations 💜
💜 Present tense affirmations using first and second person 💜
💜 Past tense affirmations occasionally used to be rid of things💜
💜 Lightly layered alternating focus and compliment affirmations 💜
💜 A final set of intention and gratitude affirmations 💜
💜 Simple, straightforward affirmations often used when applicable 💜
The Energy Work:
💜 Intentional energy work done throughout creation process 💜
💜 Creation work done on specific planetary days and hours 💜
💜 Scheduled to go live on respective planetary hour 💜
💜 Paired with handmade sigil for those who wish to use it 💜
💜 *Note that sigil use is not necessary for results* 💜
The Audio:
💜 4.44 Hz theta waves over specifically chosen carrier frequencies 💜
💜 Relaxing multi-elemental ambience mix specific additional effects 💜
💜 Both music and calm versions made available 💜
The Video:
💜 Specifically chosen video imagery 💜
💜 Repetitive quickly-flashing focus affirmation overlay💜
💜 *Note that watching the video is not necessary for results* 💜
A more thorough breakdown of my process will be made available in the upcoming second edition of my book on subliminals.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does (insert term here) mean? A complete glossary of terms relevant to subliminals, manifestation work, and my style of subliminal creation specifically can be found below. If you have come across a term that has not been defined in the glossary, feel free to email me the term and I will be happy to add it and research it if need be.
How long will it take to see results? The amount of time it takes for results to manifest will vary from person to person. The more deeply engrained beliefs you're working against, for one, the more you'll have to utilize the repetition of the subliminal to combat them. It would also be helpful, in this case, to actively work on retraining your thought patterns as they come up, which I discuss in the Subliminal Troubleshooting section of this website. You may find that you have an easier time with certain subliminal topics than others - typically, the less physical the results you're looking for, the easier it will be to manifest them, given the very material-focused nature of our society. Another factor I have found to be at play is that some people seem more compatible with some subliminal creators than others, and I think there are two reasons for this: One, people's subconsciouses interact differently with different styles of subliminal creation, and two, people's unique energetic signatures sometimes do not mesh very well. The latter doesn't mean anything bad about either party; it typically just means that your paths will go or are already going in vastly different directions. You can learn more about energetic signatures in my glossary below.
What if I am not getting any results? If you have been listening to the same subliminal for several months now and have experienced no results on a physical, mental, or spiritual level, consider first if you are simply not compatible with that particular subliminal creator or method. If you have already tried this and you still are not getting results, please have a look at the Subliminal Troubleshooting section of this website. There are a lot of reasons you could be having this problem, and they likely have nothing to do with subliminals themselves.
What if I am getting results I don't want? If you are getting unwanted results or "opposite" results, the first thing I would suggest is to read through other people's experiences with that particular subliminal. If you have created your own subliminal, the issue may run deeper and require some internal exploration. Whatever the case may be, if you are getting results you do not want, the first step I recommend is to try a flush to first combat those results. If the flush doesn't work, the issue is definitely deeper. I cover all of these possibilities and more in the Subliminal Troubleshooting section of this website. You'll be able to find tons of advice and instructions for various helpful techniques there.
Do you have any tips for improving result? I am currently working on a thorough article of tips for subliminal use. I'll update this question once that's been posted.
Can you make a subliminal for (insert topic here)? I am not accepting any requests at this time, paid or otherwise. I am open to suggestions only in the comments section of my YouTube and Patreon, but a suggestion is simply that and will not guarantee that I will create the subliminal you have suggested. There have been too many requests in the past that I have not resonated with but have felt obligated to make, and I do not wish to put myself in this position any longer.
What if I found a typo in your affirmations list? The typo will not have any impact on the audio itself. I get in a sort of meditative flow state to record affirmations, so I cannot stop to correct typos, but I am aware of them as I come across them. I try to remember to correct them when I can, but this doesn't always happen, especially if I'm recording many related subliminals in one sitting during a particular planetary hour. Ironically, it's this same sort of flow state which I take up while writing my subliminal affirmations that causes those typos in the first place. That said, if you spot a typo in any of my lists, please let me know in the comments of that subliminal's Patreon post so that I can correct the affirmation list and reupload it to the post.
What kind of affirmations do you use? I use a variety of affirmations in my subliminals which have been decided upon after a great degree of experimentation to see what has worked best. The bulk of my affirmations are simple, straightforward, present-tense affirmations in the first and second person. I will occasionally use past-tense affirmations only when I am using affirmations to be rid of something or to move past something. There are two soft layers of what I call focus and compliment affirmations over that. The focus affirmations are a brief set of present and past-tense (using the phrasing "I have always" to emphasize the persistence of the intention) affirmations in the first person that focus only on the main purpose of the subliminal. The compliment affirmations are a brief set of present-tense affirmations in the second person that are delivered as compliments to the subliminal listener on their success. These two small sets of affirmations are repeated throughout the entire subliminal. At the end of each subliminal, I use a final set of intention and gratitude affirmations in past ("I have always"), present, and future-tense ("I will always") affirmations in the first and second person that sort of solidify the purpose and give it a feeling of permanence. This is followed by simple statements of gratitude.
What kind of frequencies do you use? I use 4.44 Hz theta waves over a specific carrier frequency which depends on the purpose of the subliminal. 396 Hz is associated with the root chakra, 417 Hz is associated with the sacral chakra, 528 Hz is associated with the solar plexus chakra, 639 Hz is associated with the heart chakra, 741 Hz is associated with the throat chakra, 852 Hz is associated with the third eye chakra, 963 Hz is associated with the crown chakra, and 432 Hz is associated with general manifestation. The frequencies I choose for a particular subliminal are always listed in the description on their respective YouTube and Patreon posts.
Do you use magick or witchcraft in your subliminals? That largely depends on what you consider to be magick or witchcraft. I channel intentional emotional energy into the work I do. If you consider this to be magick or witchcraft, then yes, I do. I myself consider energy work of any kind to be a form of magick. For further clarification, my definition for magick in general can be found in the glossary below. It is worth noting, also, that we passively put some kind of energy into everything we do. Energy work (and magick, by my definition) is simply doing that intentionally. If subliminals make you uncomfortable to any degree, however, I would really recommend against it, as any negative beliefs you have about subliminals can influence results.
Do I have to use the visuals/the sigils for your subliminal to work? For my subliminals to be effective for you, all you need to do is listen to it, regardless of whether it is the music version or the calm version. The visuals of the videos can be beneficial to the programming of your subconscious, especially if you gaze upon the video in a meditative state, but they are not at all necessary for results. Similarly, the sigils I've created are not necessary for my subliminals to work for you, but the use of them can be helpful. I am currently working on an article for the application of my sigils in your daily life, so please stay tuned for that if you are interested in using my sigils.
Can I download your subliminals? You absolutely can! MP3 versions of my subliminals are available to download for free on their respective Patreon posts.
Can I repost your subliminals? As I work very hard on the subliminals I create, I ask that you please not repost my subliminals. If you like my subliminals and wish to share them with others, please link them to my website, my YouTube channel, or my Patreon. If YouTube strikes me down for some reason, my subliminals will still be available elsewhere.I
Can I layer or bundle your subliminals? If you would like to layer or bundle my subliminals for your own personal use, that is perfectly fine, but I ask that you please not upload any audios in which you've layered or bundled my subliminals for the reason stated in the question above. Truthfully, though, I am not sure how effective additional layering would be, as I feel there is a certain point when the affirmations become too muffled for even the subconscious to absorb. Similarly, it is good to be mindful of other frequencies you may be layering with which could change the overall effect of the frequencies. If it works for you, wonderful! It's just something to be mindful of.
Are subliminals considered magick or witchcraft? First, subliminals themselves are no more than a tool. We wouldn't look at a spoon and say, "That's cooking." That doesn't make much sense. We also wouldn't simply hold a spoon still in our hand and say, "This is cooking." That's also silly. Subliminals are like a spoon in that way. They are a tool for manifestation, which is energy work. In my opinion, energy work is a form of magick - and witchcraft is a practice of magick. But as these words pertain to metaphysical topics, people tend to define them differently. To see my definitions of these words, you can have a look at the glossary below. Ultimately, how you define these words is up to you. If subliminals make you uncomfortable to any degree, however, I would really recommend against it, as any negative beliefs you have about subliminals can influence results.
Is subliminal messaging evil? Subliminal messaging has been used in the past by various organizations in many negative ways, but this does not make the technique of subliminal messaging itself evil. It is merely a tool, and like all tools, it can be used in positive ways or in negative ways. The intention of most subliminal creators is a positive one.
Subliminal & Manifestation Glossary
Accelerator: A subliminal which is intended to help speed up the manifestation process. Typically, it is meant to be played at the beginning of a playlist alongside any boosters you may be using.
Affirmation: A statement of acknowledged truth. Often, it is recommended to write/say affirmations in the first-person, in the present-tense, and free of reversal words (such as "don't" or "not").
Banishment: The act of expelling or removing unwanted energies and entities from a person, place, or thing by authoritative outward-pushing energy.
Binaural Beats: The tones created by the brain when listening to two slightly different frequencies in each ear - typically, using headphones - at the same time. The results in a change in brain waves, which causes an altered state of mind.
Booster: A subliminal which is intended to amplify the manifestation process. Typically, it is meant to be played at the beginning of a playlist.
Blessing: The act of enchanting a person, place, or thing with fresh, positive, often Divine energies.
Bundle: A collection of subliminals made into one audio file, typically by means of layering. In some cases, rather than layering, the subliminals are just combined back-to-back to make one longer audio file.
Chakra: In Vedic teachings, a swirling center of energy connected by energetic currents (called nadis). There are many varying chakra systems which exist, but the most commonly known is the seven-chakra system. The seven-chakra system includes - going from the bottom up - the Root Chakra (Muladhara), the Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana), the Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura), the Heart Chakra (Anahata), the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha), the Third Eye Chakra (Ajna), and the Crown Chakra (Sahasrara). The original Vedic intention of this system, by my understanding, is more prescriptive than descriptive, and the elements, symbols, and mantras associated with it are meant to assist in a process called nyasa, where the gods are installed, so to speak, at each point. The westernized version many are familiar with today is, in comparison, more of a system of energy work and healing. Both applications have been effective for many. On the other hand, there are those who feel that the purpose of the chakra system is inherently a negative one, which often results in a practice called chakra removal - or more accurately, chakra unification - which is topic I will touch on via my blog at a later date.
Cleansing: The act of energetically ridding a person, place, or thing of stagnant, unwanted, draining, counterproductive, or otherwise negative energies or entities.
Cloaking: The act of making a person, place, or thing energetically "invisible" or "irrelevant" to wandering energies or entities so that interests are directed elsewhere.
Conscious Mind: The active part of the mind which handles waking life thought and decision-making. When active, the conscious mind interprets information and categorizes it before sending that information into the subconscious mind.
Enchantment: The act of filling a person, place, or thing with intentional energies relevant to your goal.
Energetic Impression: A residual energy which has been influenced and shaped by intention, emotional output, or lingering energies that have passed through.
Energetic Signature: The raw, identifiable - though often verbally indescribable - energy that is unique to a particular person, place, or thing.
Energy: In the metaphysical context, pure spiritual lifeforce. It may be comparable to things like spirit, aether, prana, qi, and many other similar concepts.
Energy Body: The spiritual vessel or vehicle which surrounds and permeates our physical body and either connects us directly with our Higher Self (our psyche or soul) or contains it. Depending on your practice, this may also be referred to as the subtle body or the light body.
Energy Work: The use of metaphysical energy to achieve an effect in the physical world.
Flush: A subliminal which is intended to rid the mind of subconscious beliefs caused by other subliminals. Some flushes are meant to be used to form a clean slate after achieving desired manifestation results from a subliminal, and others are meant to reverse unwanted or unexpected results. They should be used alongside other cleansing subliminals or used alone.
Frequency: The rate at which a vibration occurs to make up a wave. This can apply to both sound and light.
Intention: Simply put, your goal. Translated into a simple, to-the-point sentence, it becomes a statement of intent, which can then be made into an affirmation.
Isochronic Tone: A single tone that plays at repetitive, evenly spaced intervals to create a rhythmic pulse.
Law of Assumption: Popularized by Neville Goddard, a leading figure in the New Thought movement, the belief that the acceptance of a certain idea as true influences the world around us in a physical way.
Law of Attraction: The belief that our thoughts and feelings attract experiences in our physical life which are similar to those thoughts and feelings. This idea is a cornerstone of the New Thought movement.
Layering: The combination of a set of affirmations played over one or more other sets of affirmations.
Magick: The Science and Art of causing Change to occur in conformity with Will - that is, the process of using intention or desire to bring about real-world change. I would add that this may include calling upon external energies and entities to assist in achieving these goals by way of their own magick.
Manifestation: The act of bringing a desire into the physical reality.
MOAB: A very popular, albeit complex, booster created by Reddit user ItsAKid. The acronym stands for Mother of all Boosters and can be read about here. It involves the use of written modules to achieve your desired results.
Morphic Field: Introduced by biologist Rupery Sheldrake and also called a morphogenetic field, a region of space which contains influenced information (or what I would call an energetic impression) which governs the behavior and development of the things it encompasses. It is thought that this information persists throughout time.
Playlist: A collection of curated subliminals typically listened to in one sitting.
Purification: The act of returning a person, place, or thing to its original energetic state, prior to influence by energetic impressions.
Shielding: The act of creating a short-term energetic ward that surrounds a person, place, or thing entirely, often envisioned as a bubble.
Sigil: An enchanted, symbolic representation of a particular intention or energy which impresses upon the subconscious to bring about physical-world effects.
